Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings for Thai cooking classes offered by Sonja Diwo through Private Thai Cooking Classes (Soi Napasai 26/1, Ban Tai, 84330 Surat Thani, Thailand).

Booking

Bookings are made directly via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, phone, or the contact form. A booking is confirmed once you receive a reply confirming the date, time, and price for your class.

Prices and payment

Current prices for each class are listed on the homepage and are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is due on the day of the class unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are published on the homepage alongside the class prices and may be updated from time to time; the terms shown at the time of your booking apply.

Allergies and dietary needs

Please tell us about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you book, so the class and market visit can be planned around them. We cannot guarantee a suitable class if this information is not provided in advance.

Photos and media

Photos may be taken during classes and used for the website gallery or social media. Let us know at the start of your class if you would prefer not to be photographed.

Liability

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, extreme weather, or other force majeure events that prevent a class from taking place. Beyond that, our liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, where the classes take place and the business is based. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your home country.
